The State Fire Marshal’s Office and the State Legislature have made changes to the Plan Review Fees.

August 20th, 2020 the State Legislature passed H.B. 6004 School Emergency Drills Amendments – stating that schools are not required to hold monthly fire drills during the 2020-21 school year. Schools will be required to teach about proper school evacuation in the case of a fire.
